As many of you know, the cupcake has recently come under siege in school systems across the United States.
This holiday season, show support for your favorite sweet treat with a Save The Cupcake holiday shirt.
All designs can be purchased in any style you like. This includes men's, women's, children's, and even baby styles.
Since I'm just that excited about people wearing one of these shirts, I'm hosting a T-Shirt giveaway contest!!
Here are the rules:
Comment on this post with a reason why you think cupcakes should be saved and you get 1 entry (only one reason per person will be counted). Be sure to list your name somewhere in the comment so I know how to reach you if you win. Check out my top ten list for some ideas.
OR
Write about this contest on your blog, MySpace page, Facebook page, Friendster page, or any similar site and you get 5 contest entries. To get your points, simply write a comment on this post with a link to your page where you mentioned the contest. Each site on which you create a link will earn you another 5 entries with a limit of 20 entries per person.
I will randomly draw a winner on November 30. The lucky individual will receive his or her favorite Save the Cupcake T-shirt . Shirts ship within 24 hours so the shirt will arrive well in time for the holidays.

ReplyDeleteCupcakes should be saved because they are the best ever! It is so disappointing for the kid because they can't have these at school for their birthdays or any holiday. Honestly people..do you really think that 1 cupcake, a couple times of year, is really what makes the kids overweight?! Children (and the adults) should not have to do without these yummy creations!

After reviewing your to ten list I decided that the best reason is:

I generally am against "slippery slope" reasoning but I guess I can make an exception in this situation.

Cupcakes are the best little package of happiness around!! They are perfect to share with my best bud - I eat the frosting, she eats the cake. We'd be SO SAD if someone tried to take that away from us!!

My granddaughter and I always make cupcakes. They are easy and fun to decorate, less calories than baking a whole cake. So much fun baking and eating. Save The Cupcake for us!!! :):):)

I would also like to point out that Kat is the one other person who notices a long time ago that NPR had Libby Lewis reporting on Louis Libby. I noticed this when I heard the story and was happy to see that someone else also found this entertaining.
