The Chosen Ones

Print Friendly and PDF

With a new cupcake each week, picking flavors to have at their weddings was a challenge for my brides and grooms. Each couple had the opportunity to taste a year's worth of cupcake flavors and to then choose their absolute favorite cupcakes for their wedding.  Try their choices and you might find that they are your favorites, too:

  2. Hah! They haven't made their official choice yet, but I do think that they are going to pick those. They were really good. I just need to find a way to make them look a bit prettier. I'll be remaking them sometime before their wedding.

  4. Hi Stef!! I just had to share with you my success! After reading through all your stuff and trying various recipes and sharing them with friends and neighbors I was actually asked by my neighbor across the street to make the cake for her wedding. I turned her down and she came back and asked me about making some of my yummy cupcakes. I thought about it and gave in. Valentine's Day I delivered 260 cupcakes (5 different flavors) and 1 cake topper (yet another flavor!) She sent me this link for the photographer's blog the other day. I was very excited to see all she had to say and loved her pictures. Just thought I'd share it with you! Congrats on the future addition to your family as well!! Very exciting!!

  7. Wow, that's an amazing project. Do you just blog only about cupcakes you bake yourself (which look SO good), or also about bakeries? I didn't find either submission on Fiddme, and it would be so perfect there.

  8. I made your Peach Tea cupcakes for a coffee tasting here at my workplace Starbucks Corporate offices in Seattle, WA. Oh my gosh they were such a big hit. Everyone wanted more and I only made one batch. What an amazing idea with the tea infused butter. So now I have been asked to please make them again only make more this time. Thank you for the GREAT recipe.

  11. When I was little my mom used to make a frosting that used white sugar and she boiled it on the stove....I thought for 7 minutes....(but it wasn't like your 7 minute frosting) it was quite granualy when it was done...have you ever come across a recipe like that? I have been looking for years for it & have not had any luck yet.
