To make the pennants, fold red, white, and blue paper in half. Cut out a row of triangles along the crease of each sheet (you'll end up with diamonds). Glue the diamonds on a piece of string and tie the string to your stick of choice.

you can take royal icing and pipe it into a stick. then let it harden. maybe you could even cover it in chocolate. but that might melt. :(
ReplyDeleteTake skewers (trimmed to needed size) and coat them with melted white chocolate wafers --they come in all sorts of colors. :) Roll in sprinkles if desired. Stick in Styrofoam or something supportive until hardened.
